**JOB TITLE**: Area Customer Manager

**THE BUSINESS**: C4S Search are proud to be partnering with a marketing leading automotive manufacturer.

**THE OPPORTUNITY**:
The role will consist of:

- Achievement of parts, accessory, retention product and PM visit targets
- Achievement of aftersales CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) objectives, including supporting the dealer to have a customer focused culture
- Agree and implement measurable improvement plans, following TQM (Total Quality Management) processes
- Requirement to submit weekly forecasts and flexibility to respond reporting requests
- Dealer adherence to all Aftersales Franchise Standards, policy and procedures
- Drive implementation of programmes, which promote aftersales growth and profit
- Responsible for carrying out regular Dealer visits/meetings both physical and virtual to nurture and maintain a strong relationship. To record those meetings’ minutes and subsequent actions
- Improve and maximize financial yield from the dealer and area vehicle parc
- Ensure a robust lapsed customer contact and follow-up process exists in dealer
- Promotion and execution of local dealer aftersales marketing activities

**YOUR KEY SKILLS**:

- Goal orientated to achieve set objectives
- Excellent numeracy and data control
- Must be self-disciplined, well planned and organised
- Strong team collaboration to achieve joint goals
- Proficient user in Microsoft Office programmes including Teams, PowerPoint and Excel
- Similar role in manufacturer / retail environment preferred
- Ability to demonstrate direct customer business experience
