This is for you if you
- love being outside, whether you have a hosepipe, watering can, leaf blower or broom in hand and take real pride in the spaces you look after;
- have grounds/'yard man'/gardening maintenance working experience;
- have a genuine and deep-rooted interest in others and will enjoy building long-term relationships with our residents;

- are flexible to working across our two sites in Fulham and Kensington, which are less than 4 miles apart.

**Key responsibilities of the **Grounds Operative/Custodian;**
- Ensure the residence gardens and grounds are immaculately presented and maintained, working with our gardener, maintenance team and 3rd party suppliers and contractors as required.
- Complete scheduled checks of the Residence including statutory compliance.

This role reports to the Head Gardener.

**A rewarding role**
- Starting salary up to £30,000 gross (pa) based on experience, plus performance-related bonus.
- 40-hour week, Monday to Friday.
