**What our client is offering for the successful Sales Administrator**
- Salary: Up to £23,000 per annum (Depending on experience)
- 20 days holiday + Bank Holidays (Increasing year on year to a maximum of 25 days)
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8am till 4:30pm

**The Role - Sales Administrator**
- Receiving and processing purchase orders.
- Issuing sales transaction invoices.
- Verifying orders, including customers' personal information and payment details.
- Maintaining and updating sales and customer records.
- Compiling monthly sales reports.
- Answering the telephone and directing calls
- Providing excellent customer service
- General Ad-hoc admin work
**What we are looking for in a Sales Administrator**:
- Previous experience in a similar administration role - **ESSENTIAL**
- Previous experience within the manufacturing/Engineering sector**:
- PREFERRED**
- Sales experience**:
- BENEFICIAL**
- Must be computer literate and have experience with all Microsoft package
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Willingness to help out in different departments if required - **ESSENTIAL**
