**Sales Support Administrator**

Location: Hanley, Stoke on Trent
Working Hours: 9.00am - 5.00pm, Monday to Friday (35 hours per week).

**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Providing comprehensive administrative assistance, including managing calendars, arranging meetings, and preparing necessary documents.
- Assisting customers with inquiries, order status updates, and product information, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Managing and updating customer and sales-related data, maintaining data accuracy and integrity.
- Generating sales reports and performance metrics, including forecasting, sales analysis, and activity reports.
- Offering full support to the sales team in their duties.
- Developing a thorough understanding of the company's products to effectively assist customers and support the sales team.
- Identifying opportunities for improvement within sales processes, workflows, and efficiency.
- Facilitating effective cross-functional collaboration with departments such as marketing and operations.
