The Trek Group are looking to appoint an experienced **Quality Control Inspector** for their prestigious **Cartwright Vehicle Conversions** site in Belton, near Doncaster.

The **Quality Control Inspector** will be required to check all vehicles within the Final QC Inspection Department and the production process to highlight and report on all quality issues identified and feedback into the quality system to ensure faults are resolved at root cause.

The Q**uality Control Inspector** will be a champion of quality and will report directly to the site Quality Manager.

**Key tasks and responsibilities**:

- Visually inspect all vehicles at 1st, 2nd and PDI check levels to ensure final vehicle conforms to customer requirements
- Work closely with the production team to identify in process non conformances and potential process improvements
- Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Comply with all Company Health and Safety Procedures
- Be a valued part of the quality team and engage actively in quality improvement plans
- Work cross functionally with Quality & Production on root cause analysis / problem solving teams
- Update the internal NCR database with non-conformances found within production and final inspection
- You are a quick learner with keen attention to detail.
- You are able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
- You are a team player who can work well with others in order to meet company objectives.
- You are observant and would challenge inconsistencies.
- You are flexible in terms of approach to inspections as well as working hours (some overtime may be required).
- A full driving licence is required as you will be moving vehicles in and around the site

The standard working hours are 7:00 am-5:15 pm, 4 day working week Mon - Thurs.
