Job Summary:
We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as. As a Team Member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction. You will be responsible for various duties, including food preparation, kitchen assistance, and providing exceptional support to our customers.
**Duties**:
- Prepare and serve food items in accordance with established recipes and quality standards
- Assist in the kitchen with tasks such as chopping vegetables, preparing ingredients, and maintaining cleanliness
- Take customer orders and ensure accuracy in order placement
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns
- Upsell menu items and promote special offers to enhance the customer experience
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including dining areas, kitchen, and storage spaces
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe dining experience for customers
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations and timely service
- Follow established procedures for cash handling and register operation
**Skills**:
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service setting is preferred
- Strong upselling skills to promote additional menu items
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order calculations
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with kitchen operations and culinary techniques is a plus
