Golf Professional

Here at Best Western The Dartmouth Hotel, Golf and Spa, we have an amazing opportunity for a Golf Professional to join our team on a self-employed basis.

The resort is undergoing an exciting transformation phase at this current time, with plans in place for a new Pro Shop development and facilities in order to enhance the coaching offering.

This would be an ideal opportunity for a Golf Professional looking for the next move in their career, with an opportunity to help develop the Golf facility and build up a strong customer base. We have suitable practice facilities available, including practice nets and an excellent putting green, as well as our 9 hole Dartmouth Course, and award winning 18 hole Championship Course.

Duties for this role would include:

- Provide golf instruction to individuals and groups of all ages and skill levels
- Develop and implement lesson plans and training programmes
- Evaluate and assess students' golf skills and provide feedback for improvement
- Assist with golf course operations, including tee time reservations, equipment rentals, and maintaining a clean and organised Pro Shop
- Promote golf programmes and services to attract new customers
- Ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all golfers

**Salary**: From £25,000.00 per year

- Golf coaching: 2 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Fully qualified PGA Professional (required)
