Customer Service Manager Hybrid-working

Client Services Manager, Training Provider, London, £32,000 - £39,000, Immediate Start
- Managing a small team of 6 Client Services Executives (including 1 x Team Lead + 1 x Senior CSE)
- Planning workload/resources to each B2B client account, ensuring full coverage across all clients
- Conducting regular 1:1's, reviews and appraisals
- Scaling/recruiting into the team when necessary
- Coaching + developing Executives to improve/develop performance
- Meeting with B2B clients (over video) on a weekly basis, to ensure a great working relationship
In order to be considered for this position, it is ESSENTIAL that you have the following:
- Minimum 18-24 months' experience of leading a small team of Customer Service Executives
- Exposure to planning workload/great organisational skills
- Experience of coaching + developing Agents to improve performance
- Fun, sociable personality
