We are looking to hire a team member for the Creams Café in Telford. A minimum of one year's experience in a hospitality customer service role is required, as well as good week-end availability and contactable references.

We are looking for people with outgoing personalities and high levels of energy, who will work together with our management team to provide outstanding service to all of our customers and drive the business forward.

You need to be flexible and available to work a variety of shifts that will include week-ends and some late evening shifts.

Creams is the UK's leading Italian Gelato Dessert Restaurant group serving an inspiring range of Waffles, Crepes, Sundaes, Milkshakes, Coffee, Cakes and amazing Gelato Ice Cream, as well as the hit new Vegan menu. What's not to love about working in our Dessert Restaurant where fun and treats are the order of the day

**The role**:
As a Team Member, you'll be responsible for making sure every customer has a superb experience when visiting Creams, and leaves wanting to return again and again.

**Team Member responsibilities**:

- Warm, friendly and engaging while serving customers
- Able to multi-task, think on your feet and use your initiative
- Able to work under pressure
- Able to work as part of a team
- To provide outstanding customer service and to be able to anticipate customer's needs and expectations
- To prepare all of our menu items according to Creams recipe and presentation standards
- To maintain high standards of hygiene while demonstrating excellent food preparation skills
- To follow health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products and environment
