About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Food and Beverage team at Telford Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service and ensuring that our brand standards are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service to guests in various Food and Beverage areas across the hotel.
  • Stay up-to-date with pricing and promotions to offer expert advice to guests and maximize sales.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a high level of service and quality standards.

About Us:

Telford Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort is a 4-star, 114-bedroom property located in Telford, overlooking the Ironbridge Gorge. Our hotel features an 18-hole golf course, a range of dining options, including the 1779 restaurant, Gorge bar & lounge, and afternoon tea. We also offer private dining and meetings and event spaces, as well as leisure facilities including a gym, pool, sauna, steam room, and a relaxing Elemis spa.
