**About the role**
- To coordinate and deliver the day-to-day Member Support Team’s operations. Ensuring that the member's needs are met through the delivery of exceptional customer service.
- Preferably working 5 hours a day between 10am and 3pm (25 hours a week) Rotated Saturdays are required (9am to 1pm). Hybrid working available upon successful completion of probationary period.
- Based at our Head Office, IP3 9SJ.
**Your day-to-day activities**
- To learn and maintain full knowledge of Society’s procedures, products and eSavings platform.
- To ensure that all administration duties are performed accurately and in accordance with Society procedures.
- To collaborate effectively across the team and other departments to achieve consistency and best practice.
- To provide high levels of customer service to our members and support to branch staff by maintaining knowledge of Society products, services, and procedures.
- To understand the Society’s complaints procedure to ensure complaints are recorded and escalated appropriately.
**About you**
**As a Member Support Assistant, you will**:
- Have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Preferably have 5 GCSE’s including Maths and English at Grades A-C or equivalent.
- Enjoy taking ownership of your work and working within a team.
- Effective communication skills and a can-do attitude.
- Have a keen eye for detail.
- Ideally have experience in the customer service industry.
