If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you Our client is seeking a motivated Administrator to join their team in Leeds. This role offers the chance to work closely with our sales team, providing essential administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of their office.
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist the sales team by completing various administrative tasks.
- Prepare and maintain documents, reports, and presentations.
- Utilise CRM systems to update customer records and track sales activities.
- Provide support in completing tenders and other bid-related documentation.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, travel arrangements and expenses reports.
- Communicate and collaborate effectively with internal teams.
- Handle incoming calls and inquiries, providing excellent customer service.
- Take ownership of assigned projects and tasks, ensuring timely completion.
- Manage office inventory and supplies, placing orders as necessary
- Coordinate and oversee office maintenance, repairs, and upgrades
- Liaise with external vendors and service providers
- Assist with employee onboarding and training
- Working closely with the Operations Department in deployment procedures.
- Maintain company records, including filing and document management
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in office administration or a related role is desirable.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems or a willingness to learn.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively.
- A proactive and self-motivated mindset, with a desire to progress within your career.
- A go-getter attitude, always looking for ways to contribute and add value.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
