Job description

Sarum Dental Practice is a friendly family focused practice in Salisbury. We are currently looking for an additional full time receptionist to join our team.

We will offer full training, so dental experience is not essential.

**The role as a Receptionist**
- Welcome patients and visitors, creating a friendly atmosphere and providing a great first impression.
- Schedule appointments efficiently together with maintaining accurate and confidential patient records.
- Responsible for the collection and receipt of payments.
- Liaising with other dental professionals, referral practices and laboratories.

Take ownership of the daily and weekly tasks to be completed by the reception team.

Support the clinical team and practice manager with the smooth running of the practice.

**We are looking for someone with a positive empathetic attitude with the following skills and experience**:

- Previous front of house, customer service experience.

The ability to communicate well with patients and colleagues.

Excellent telephone manner.
- Confident, multitasker who is able to cope well under pressure.
- A high standard of personal presentation and professionalism.
- Personable, friendly and enthusiastic with great patient focus.

COVID-19 considerations:
Interviews will be held face to face

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: From £11.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
