We are seeking a **Marketing Coordinator** to join our friendly and dynamic Marketing Team.

Strengthening the engagement and relationship with current students and engage alumni on campus so the students become and remain strong advocates and brand ambassadors for Glion.

The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for implementing multi-faceted programs, projects and events for alumni and students, that increase good-will and create positive relationships with Glion. With close contact with our alumni helps Glion develop successful academic programs, find interesting internship and 1st employment opportunities for our current students. The specific focus will be on generating content for digital media, working very closely with the Marketing Manager, based in Switzerland.

**Your Responsibilities**
- The role is also responsible for developing and creating copy to promote the Glion brand and its campuses in Switzerland and London for a range of digital media.
- Leverage relevant campus events to create stories and interviews and manage the content of Glion blog produced by the Student Ambassadors with the support of the Marketing Manager.
- Manage our Social Media accounts by posting regularly, creating reels.
- Liaise with faculty, staff (i.e., Career Services Department), students and alumni to generate content opportunities.
- Develop sources of P2P copy such as student and alumni testimonials with the objective of publishing this in digital media.
- Manage with the Senior Student ambassadors a content strategy for Instagram and TikTok to ensure the delivery of the content to be posted. - Organize the alumni visits and prospective students' private visits on campus.
- Coordinate video filming and photo shoot on campus in collaboration with the marketing team.
- Support the planning and organization of online and physical events such as lives, open days, recruitment days, graduation ceremonies

**Alumni Engagement**
- The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for fostering the student/alumni engagement on campus.
- Manage presence of alumni and connection to students at campus events (recruitment day, open days, graduation, and students’ events)
- Coordinate alumni visits on campus
- Be the point person on campus for alumni-related enquiries from students
- Present the Alumni Association of Glion twice a year to last semester students
- Support Alumni Engagement Department with on-campus social media content related to Glion alumni

**Events**
- Responsible for overseeing the organization of various events with the support of the Marketing Manager.
- Organize events and initiatives to encourage students to activate their accounts on the alumni database
- Support twice a year the organization of the graduation ceremonies in collaboration with the Marketing Manager

**About You**
Educated to degree level, preferably in business, communications and marketing. You will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience working in marketing and communications, with experience in photography, community management, and writing copy for social media. A good organiser with the ability to multitask on various projects.

You will be able to demonstrate a versatile ability of communicating with the students’ body and faculty members. With excellent written, verbal, strong interpersonal communication skills and experience of delivering good customer service, a team player with a positive attitude.

Required if needed to work 5 days per week on the Glion London Campus.
