The Company
My client, a successful and renowned Housing Association, one of the UK's largest landlords providing affordable housing, are actively seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join their vibrant office in Stratford.
This is an exciting opportunity to join an ambitious team where you will support the Senior Marketing Manager
My client houses around 250,000 people in more than 100,000 homes, primarily across London and the South East. Their vision is that everyone has a quality home they can afford, and we combine our social purpose with commercial drive to create homes and neighbourhoodseveryone can be proud of.
The Role
My client is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join their ambitious team developing exciting residential projects across London.
- Assist the team in all aspects of marketing including implementing marketing strategies,
- Devising creative and innovative advertising campaign ideas
- Assisting in the design of all marketing materials according to the marketing strategy and budget in place.
- Managing portals, creating collateral such as brochures, EDMs, liaising with interior designers for show homes.
- You will work closely with external design, media, PR and graphic design agencies teams to ensure all marketing activity is strategically implemented at the most relevant stages and in line with the marketing strategy.
- You should be a highly creative marketing professional with strong commercial and digital marketing experience.
- Your attention to detail will be second to none as will your ability to present your ideas and produce high quality marketing materials.

**Experience / Skills**:

- Previous experience in Marketing - preferably in the property industry.
- Committed, driven and organised individual
- High levels of prioritisation skills and planning abilities.
- Strong customer focussed ethos
- Ability to influence and negotiate at various stakeholder levels.
- First class communicator
- Strong desire to work for a residential developer and grow within the organisation.

**Salary**: £25,000 - £32,000 dependant on experience
Working Hours: 8.30 - 17.00 can be flexible
One day in the Head Office (Stratford) and 2-3 on site - all sites are in London.
