**The Role**

As a Care Assistant, you will be a vital part of our team, providing personal care and companionship to our service users in their homes. **Key Responsibilities**
- Providing personal care to service users in their homes.
- Helping service users with meal preparation, housework, and maintaining their home environment.
- Assisting with medication and providing encouragement to lead a healthy lifestyle.
- Accompanying service users to appointments, social events or during outings as required.
- Providing companionship and support, and helping service users to maintain a sense of independence and dignity.

**Key Requirements**
- No previous experience necessary, as full training will be provided.
- Caring, understanding, patient, and an excellent communicator.
- Ability to inspire and empower those around you.
- Must be reliable and flexible to meet the needs of the service users.
- A driving license and own transportation is preferred due to the nature of the role.
