Site Administrator

**The Role**

Kimberly-Clark is an exciting place to be, and this role is the perfect opportunity for you to be part of our future here at our Flint site

As Site Administrator you will be involved in much more than it says on the tin

Reporting to the Site Leader, you will work closely with the Customer Support Co-ordinator to ensure pro-active administrative support on site including diary management for key meetings and building relations internally and externally to raise the profile of K-C by organising charity and community events.

You will co-ordinate all site communications including ownership of the Sharepoint intranet, support the co-ordination of all site recruitment activity and you will be responsible for the requisitioning of all workwear, PPE, stationery, washroom facilities and hospitality requirements, as well as other general administration

**What You’ll Need**
- You will have a good level of general education, and a proven track record in providing administrative support to a team
- You must also have strong communication skills with the ability to liaise with others and form strong relationships both internally and externally to the organisation, adopting a professional and competent approach to all tasks
- You will be pro-active with a can-do attitude, have good organisational skills and be able to co-ordinate activities across the business. You will have exceptional attention to detail and a methodical and organised approach to work
- You will be flexible and adaptive to change, with the ability to pick up new tasks and assignments quickly
