This role would suit and experienced Senior Applications Support Consultant, or a experienced Reports writer now looking to progress their career to become a Continuous Improvement manager where you will be at the forefront of driving the company's continuous improvement efforts. This role will be key in simplifying and optimising their business processes. Your expertise in Excel, SQL, coupled with excellent communications skills and a positive outlook will help achieve operational excellence.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage change and improvement projects, ensuring effective delivery and stakeholder communication.
- **Leverage advanced Excel, including Macro/VBA coding, and SQL** queries to design and implement complex, yet user-friendly solutions for business simplification.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement, excellence, and knowledge sharing throughout the business.
- **Perform detailed data analysis** to identify improvement opportunities and deliver strategic process enhancements.
- Engage in business analysis to understand challenges and propose solutions, working closely with IT and business teams for seamless systems integration.
- Employ Project Management skills to oversee multiple initiatives, ensuring timely and successful completion.

**Who You Are**:

- Some Project Management skills, keen on leading projects to streamline operations and improve processes.
- Proficient in data analysis with exceptional skills in Microsoft Excel and a good understanding of SQL.
- An experienced business analyst skills with a strategic mindset, capable of identifying and implementing improvement opportunities.
- A superb communicator, confident with communicating with stakeholders across all levels of the business.
- Adaptable and proactive, capable of juggling multiple projects and thriving in a changing environment.
