What Are We Looking For?

A unique opportunity for someone with a desire to develop their commercial acumen with a market leader, with clear scope for development through to a Quantity Surveyor.

Some of Your Key Duties Include:

- Support the Commercial team with project costs
- Produce payment certificates
- Support the wider team with tracking costs of labour, materials and plant for projects
- Take responsibility of pricing smaller projects
- General admin support for the wider commercial team (costs, budgeting and forecasting)
- Ensuring all admin is documented and filing in the correct manner
- Produce BOQ (Bill of Quantities for projects)
- Liaise with clients, new and existing

What Do You Need?
- Good IT literacy with competency in Excel.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Driven individual who can work independently and as part of a wider team
- Proactive individual who has great personable skills
