HR & Accounts Executive

**Responsibilities**:
- Assist the HR department in various tasks, including onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Maintain employee records and ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
- Help organise and coordinate employee training and development programs.
- Assist in managing employee benefits.
- Support the payroll process by verifying and maintaining employee attendance and leave records.
- Assist in preparing and distributing employee communications, such as newsletters, announcements, and policy updates.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable tasks, including invoice processing, vendor management, and payment reconciliation.
- Maintain accurate financial records and assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR and accounting departments as needed.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in HR and/or accounting roles.
- Solid understanding of HR processes and best practices.
- Familiarity with accounting principles and financial processes.
- Proficiency in using SAGE.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations is a plus.
