As Project Manager at Purity, you'll be a key member of our team, on our client account – British American Tobacco – as we dive into their 2024 Events and Engagement initiatives for their Velo and Vuse brands.
THE ROLE
Imagine yourself involved in the delivery of thrilling experiences that drive brand trial and captivate audiences. Picture being a reliable support for our teams of trained Brand Ambassadors, as they create unforgettable moments at music festivals, train stations, airports, arenas, pubs, and bars (HoReCa).
But your role goes beyond the operational – you'll also be fuelling the continued growth and success of our business. From crafting compelling client presentations to meticulously updating budgets, from pulling together quotations to drafting comprehensive briefing documents, you'll be instrumental in shaping the future of Purity.
Reporting directly to the Project Director, you'll enjoy the mentorship of seasoned industry experts while also having the opportunity to carve out your own path within our dynamic organisation. And with the potential for rapid company growth and the appointment of additional senior resources, the sky's the limit for your career progression at Purity.
KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Client Relationship Management:
- Embedding yourself into the client brand, understanding products, strategies, and goals/KPIs.
- Developing and maintaining positive working relationships with clients.
- Recording and sharing client communications, ensuring timely follow-up of action points.
- Organising client entertainment to support relationship development.
Project Management:
- Taking ownership of reporting, ensuring accurate and efficient tracking of KPIs and project metrics for internal and client-facing reports.
- Creating realistic project timelines and ensuring adherence, notifying the team of any potential delays or concerns.
- Overseeing operational aspects such as monitoring stock levels, managing logistics of stock delivery and collection, and coordinating with internal teams and suppliers.
- Overseeing production elements such as kit production, vehicle logistics, and uniform management.
- Providing detailed briefing documents to ensure the best ambassadors for projects.
- Attending live projects and events across the UK and globally, managing client liaison and project operations.
- Managing project/campaign expenditure and revenue, ensuring projects stay within budget.
WIDER ROLE
- Supporting the wider team on live or prospective business and research.
- Supporting the Purity Staffing team during busy periods.
- Maintaining industry awareness and becoming an expert in the field.
- Supporting Purity's social media strategy with regular content updates.
- Benchmarking industry standards and identifying new opportunities for the team.
- Developing third-party relationships with key suppliers and updating the knowledge bank.
- Assisting with new business meetings, presenting and selling Purity's services.
- Continually identifying new business opportunities.
