Force Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of one of our very successful clients who specialist in bridge build projects large and small nationwide. They have experienced a period of sustained growth hence are looking for a Permanent Site Engineer to join their team

Duties and Responsibilities:

* Apply your knowledge and experience in civil engineering to ensure the successful completion of tasks.

* Implement and maintain strict quality control measures to uphold the highest construction standards, this includes progress meetings with site management.

* Enforce safety protocols to ensure the well-being of all site personnel and equipment.

* Efficiently manage resources, including materials, equipment, and labour, to meet project deadlines.

* Maintain detailed records of site activities, progress reports, completing ITP's (inspection test plans) and as built surveys.

* Identify and resolve site-related challenges and issues in a proactive manner.

Requirements:

* Civil Engineering degree or equivalent

* Proven civils and bridge build experience

* Full UK driving licence

* Ability to read & interpret data and drawings.

* Confident with standard setting out techniques
