**Role Responsibilities**:

- Provision of a Scheduling service to single or multiple projects within a portfolio.
- Assist in the preparation and update of individual Project Schedules as required.
- Coordinate with the project QS to ensure cost / schedule integration.
- Ensure monthly updates of all schedules are completed before the end of the month for reporting.
- Carry out the schedule control in accordance with the client process and procedures.
- Support the Project Manager in all aspects of setting up the project Master Schedule.
- Initiate, maintain and follow-up the Project Master Schedule and critical path for the Project.
- Perform technical schedule analysis (review of float, logic, etc.) for the schedule as well as updates and revisions during the life of the project.
- Make sure that all contractor schedules are in line with the Project Master Schedule.
- Initiate and monitor the progress measurement in the project.
- Initiate, co-ordinate and review all time estimates required during the project life cycle.
- Validate accuracy and completeness of all Project Controls Scheduling information.
- Provide on regular basis look ahead schedule including previous period, present period, upcoming period.
- Perform “What if” analyses whenever necessary and propose corrective actions to be taken in order to bring the project back on track.
- Monitor agreed corrective actions.
- Draft the Time related sections of the monthly progress report and all other local reports with the respect to schedule and progress.
- Understand and assist with earned value / progress measurement systems, reflecting productivity trends, as necessary.
- Assist in managing, controlling and tracking the project cashflow against the baseline budget.

**Requirements**:

- Conversant in all aspects of scheduling duties.
- Referral of potential problem areas to Team Leader.
- Ability to work with the minimum of supervision and on own initiative.
- Ability to communicate at all levels.
