Our team passionately believes in the power sport has to effect positive social change and in its ability to enrich the lives of individuals and entire communities.

We are currently looking for **Casual Multi Sports Coaches, including Teachers and Teaching Assistants with a passion for sport**, to support our work across **Carlisle during the Christmas period from 20th Dec - 3rd Jan from 10am - 2pm.**

The successful applicants will be able to deliver sporting and educational programmes, encouraging attendance in particular by children and adults who do not usually participate in sport or physical activity.

**Essential Qualifications**:

- A Level Two Sports Coaching qualification (as recognised by Sport England) or relevant teaching qualifications.
- Current Enhanced DBS
- First Aid Qualification
- Safeguarding and Protecting Children training (or equivalent)

We're also keen to hear from **Level One Coaches, Teachers, Teaching Assistants, Care Workers **and those in the world of Health & Fitness who have an enhanced DBS and are keen to make a difference in the local community.

**Hourly rate**:
Sportworks London is committed to paying above the Living wage where possible and hourly rates range between £10.00 - £15.00 per hour dependent upon the project, your experience and relevant qualifications.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Carlisle, Cumbria: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- DBS (preferred)
- First Aid Certification (preferred)
- Safeguarding and Child Protection training (or equivalent) (preferred)
- Two Sports Coaching or relevant teaching qualifications (preferred)
