**Key Responsibilities**:
**Data Entry**:
The Social Media Admin Data Entry will be responsible for collecting and entering data from various sources into our social media management system.

They will also be responsible for managing spreadsheets and databases for the social media team.

Ensure accuracy of data entered, and work closely with other team members to identify and correct errors.

Social Media Support:
Assist the social media team in creating content and posting across various social media platforms.

Monitor social media analytics and create reports for the social media team to analyze.

Assist in researching and creating new content for social media.

**Administrative Support**:
Provide administrative support to the social media team as needed.

Attend team meetings and take minutes.

Help with scheduling, coordinating team events, and other administrative tasks.

Communication:
Respond to inquiries from customers on social media.

Coordinate with other teams and external vendors to support social media campaigns.

**Qualifications**:
**Education**:
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field.

**Experience**:
At least 2 years of experience in data entry and administrative support.

Good understanding of social media platforms, with experience in creating content and analyzing data.

**Skills**:
Excellent attention to detail.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.

Experience with social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, and Sprout Social is a plus.

**Other Requirements**:
Must be self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.

Must have a reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace.

Must be available to work during regular business hours in your time zone.
