TransferRoom is a hyper-growth B2B SaaS business on a mission to change the football transfer market for the better. We do this by empowering football clubs, agents and players to be successful in the transfer market by giving them real-time market intelligence and direct access to a global network of decision-makers.

Since our launch in 2017, clubs have used TransferRoom to facilitate over 2,000 transfers, and we are proud that today over 650 clubs across 100 leagues in 60+ countries are accelerating their success on the platform.

We are seeking an entrepreneurial Copywriter, preferably with some UX/interface writing experience, to generate and execute concepts from high level concepts and business-value framework texts to product marketing texts, manuscripts for video presentations and interface-copy for in-product marketing and onboarding-flows.

**What you will be doing**:

- Ensure consistent copy tone and style across the customer experience
- Maintain and develop our feature value framework documents, describing all our product offerings with examples of key messages for each offering and feature
- Take our platform communications to the next level - especially around new feature launches with feature-selling copy and engaging introduction flows.
- Mail
- and notification messaging
- Improve our web site and product page messaging
- Help our writers form the right key messages and headlines in blog stories etc
- Help improve sales and retention material
- Manuscripts for video presentations and interactive onboarding flows ‍

**Who you are**:

- 3+ years in an marketing agency (interactive, digital) preferred
- Previous B2B copywriting experience, understanding of the B2B sales process and how to convert prospects and customers through compelling copywriting
- Exceptional portfolio that demonstrates conceptual thinking
- Understanding of UX principles and how it relates copy
- Familiar and successful in both marketing and transactional style writing
- Experience working in structured, client-facing copy decks preferred
- A strong storyteller who understands how to entice audiences through persuasive copywriting
- Proven experience of tailoring copy throughout the sales funnel and across various channels and formats
- Experience across short and long form copywriting (e.g. blogs, web and landing pages, product pages, SoMe etc.) as well as experience in optimising copy for SEO
- Resilient, motivated, thriving it a high pace culture and passionate about copy - you live and breathe the written word
- Have a strong portfolio and examples of your works that showcase your ability to create engaging and high performing copy
- Superior command of the English language, excellent writing and research skills
- A degree in English, journalism, marketing, communications or any related field
