Primarily focused on the Market Research and Healthcare & Pharma sectors, we also cover sectors such as Marketing, Consumer & Retail, Training & Learning, Technology & IT, Finance & Insurance, and Logistics & Operations.


Our clients include blue chip companies and some of the most important global and regional market research companies and pharmaceutical companies. The successful candidate will join the Vendor and Talent Management team to support resource requirements across our offices.
We are looking for a hard-working and resourceful individual who is able to work independently and build relationship with internal and external stakeholders to support our business goals.
This is an ideal opening for an individual who has had some exposure to translation vendor management or the translation industry and is ready to take his or her career to the next level.
Support the entire recruitment cycle of incoming freelance applications from testing to reference checks prior to bringing them on board
Negotiate rates with suitable talented vendors and update database with accurate information in a timely manner
Work closely with Project Management and Operations teams to support recruitment needs
Monitor performance of our resources and provide feedback where required
Support regular key account reviews with PMs to ensure availability and retention of key resources at competitive rates
Support timely KPI reports to senior management
Provide guidance and support to interns
University degree in a relevant discipline (translation, languages)
English to native level and ideally fluency in another language
1+ years of recruitment or other experience in the Translation industry
Quality focused with a keen eye for detail
Good IT literacy and commercial awareness

Salary from £23,000/year (according to experience) plus bonus tied to personal and company performance
4 weeks paid holiday (excluding statutory holidays)
Participation in company pension
