We are currently looking for a **Trainee Call Centre Advisor**to join our team in **Coventry.** You will join us on a full time, permanent basis, and in return, you will receive a competitive rate of **£10.34** **per hour,** plus great benefits and progression opportunities with immediate start dates available.,

**About the Trainee Call Centre Advisor role**:
As our **Trainee Call Centre Advisor**, your main responsibilities will be as follows:

- Taking inbound calls to assist customers with their queries
- Providing excellent customer service at all times
- Building and maintaining friendly and professional relationships with customers
- Processing debit card payments
- Complaint handling, including resolving and logging complaints as well as escalating to the appropriate teams where necessary
- Keeping up to date with policy changes through the use of internal systems and training
- Raising potential problems with management and the appropriate teams
- Working with other internal teams to provide a streamlined experience for customers
- Upholding the company's reputation at all times

**Hours of work**: 20 hours per week Monday to Friday (Rotational 16:00-20:00), and Saturday between 16:00 and 20:00.
