**About the Trainee Call Centre Advisor role**:
As our **Trainee Call Centre Advisor**, your main responsibilities will be as follows:

- Taking inbound calls to assist customers with their queries
- Providing excellent customer service at all times
- Building and maintaining friendly and professional relationships with customers
- Processing debit card payments
- Complaint handling, including resolving and logging complaints as well as escalating to the appropriate teams where necessary
- Keeping up to date with policy changes through the use of internal systems and training
- Raising potential problems with management and the appropriate teams
- Working with other internal teams to provide a streamlined experience for customers
- Upholding the company's reputation at all times

**Our ideal Trainee Call Centre Advisor will have**:

- Excellent listening skills
- Polite and clear verbal communication skills
- Good IT and Computer skills
- An enthusiastic work ethic
- The ability to work as part of a team
- A positive approach to the working environment
- The ability to adapt to different situations
- Good time management

**Hours of work**: 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday (Rotational 8:00-20:00), and Saturday between 8:00 and 17:30.
