Sales Development Representative

Sales Development Consultant, Full time and permanent in Redhill
We have an exciting opportunity for an individual to join the Sales Development team as a consultant, to appoint, encode and maintain the entire portfolio of a supplying motor dealership.
For our dealers and field-based team, you will be a welcoming voice that is able to assist with their queries regarding their commission as well as being an attentive listener and problem solver too. This is a varied role where no two days are the same.
You will be joining a supportive team of advisors and are guided, trained, and developed by a dedicated team leader.
What you’ll be doing:
To appoint, encode, maintain and manage the entire portfolio of dealers
Adhering to FCA Regulations
Ensuring Compliance requirements are enforced
Completing Experian searches on Companies & Individuals
Reviewing Company Accounts
Factiva Checks - to sweep Sanctions, Terrorists & Politically Exposed People (STP’s) to ensure we are compliant with Counter Terrorist Finance (CTF) & Anti Money Laundering (AML).
Assist with technical system queries (FOL / SOL)
Assisting with Commission/Debit Back queries
Amending and Loading Commission packages
Profiling proposals within the agreed commission terms whilst allowing movement on commissions payable
Password resets for FES systems
Management of the Dealer Accounting System.
Deal with or escalate any identified risks in relation to company risk policies and/or legislative and regulatory guidelines in accordance with the companies group risk framework

Ability to multitask and manage your own workload
Strong interpersonal skills and an excellent telephone manner
Ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines
Ability to analyse & report on Financials using strong analytical and numerical skills
Highly organised and possess strong planning skills
Positive and enthusiastic approach, self-motivated
Receptive to change
Ability to have difficult conversations
GCSE or equivalent in Maths and English at grades A-C
Previous call handling experience is desirable.
Adequate computer literacy and numeracy skills
Good verbal and written communication skills
High level of accuracy and attention to detail

Other things you need to know
The salary for this role is £24,520 per annum plus quarterly bonus plus £500 flexible benefit allowance.
The hours of work will be Monday to Friday 09.00 - 17.00 including 1 late shift per week 11.00 - 19.00.
