**Position Overview**

As a Quality Assurance Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality services within a regulated environment. Reporting to the Head of Quality Assurance, you will collaborate closely with various departments to maintain our high standards and compliance.

**Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities**

Regulatory Compliance: Stay informed about relevant legislation and regulations to ensure ongoing compliance.

Collaboration: Work with key stakeholders to align with regulatory requirements and maintain high standards.

Audit Support: Assist in developing and implementing a robust audit programme to ensure service quality.

Data Management: Provide data-driven reporting and analysis to highlight areas for improvement.

Continuous Improvement: Maintain and update quality management systems and processes.

**What We’re Looking For**

**Skills & Knowledge**:
Knowledge of Ofsted Supported Accommodation (England) Regulations 2023 (Desirable)

Research knowledge relevant to social care interventions and outcomes (Essential)

Ability to manage and interpret complex data (Essential)

Strong analytical and reporting skills (Essential)

**Experience**:
Quality Assurance and audit experience (Essential)

Proficient in using recording and monitoring systems (Essential)

**Personal Attributes**:
Strong relationship-building and collaboration skills (Essential)

Accountability and initiative (Essential)

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills (Essential)

Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality (Essential)

**Qualifications**:
Good general education with strong literacy and numeracy skills (Essential)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £25,765.00-£29,000.00 per year
