MMP Consultancy are looking to recruit a Scheduler on a Temporary Basis for an excellent Contractor based in Norfolk.

Main responsibilities:

- Maintain the effectiveness of the DRS (Opti-Time), Total and OHM's Systems in relation to our responsive repairs and voids maintenance service, thus providing a comprehensive 'one stop' support service to our residents/customers, operatives, contractors, external clients, and suppliers
- Assist the Team Leader (Work Planners) to effectively lead, manage, develop, and motivate the operations team to ensure a high-quality customer-focused service is provided
- Continuously monitor and review performance delivery and make real time adjustments to work diaries to maximize the use of available resources, prioritizing directly employed resources
- Establish and maintain effective, timely and on-going communications with operatives to monitor the progress of work, and take appropriate action regarding appointment schedules to satisfy tenant requirements
- In liaison with the Customer Services Co-Ordinator's manage necessary variations to schedules and appointments which arise due to unforeseen circumstances, emergent repair complications etc.
- Be the first point of contact for sickness reporting of operatives and supervisors and to thereafter deal with all issues concerning the rescheduling of appointments
- Helping the Team Leader (Work Planners) with workload planning, supplier, and sub-contractor relationships, and the managing all enquiries and requests for our customer service provision
- Assist with effective co-ordination between the Customer Services Team and the Out-of-Hour's service with particular emphasis on meeting emergency needs.
- Ensure the daily collation of data across all areas for the services provided by operations team
- Support the Customer Services Manager to promote the repairs and maintenance services to customers, contractors, and suppliers, including to external clients
- Receive property related enquiries, assess, and process such requests into job orders or inspection / survey visits in accordance with agreed procedures
- Monitor repairs orders are being correctly entered into the appropriate IT system in accordance with set procedures and ensure that jobs are closed promptly on completion.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Ability to work to your own initiative in a deadline driven environment
- Capable of delivering an excellent customer service
- Excellent communication skills, comfortable engaging with a range of internal and external parties
- Good attention to detail, capable of producing accurate records and documentation
- Able to build rapport quickly with customers and colleagues, building strong working relationships
