Fred. Olsen Cruise Lines are looking for a **Systems Project Coordinator** to come and join the team If you have experience of working in a Business Project environment, with a Business Analysis skill set this could be your next role. You will be working directly with all areas of the business, liaising with key stakeholders and managing projects from end to end in order to deliver enhancements to existing systems, or introduce new ones.
We are looking for a team player with a passion for problem solving and organisation. Projects are owned by the project sponsor, and it is the Systems Projects Coordinators role to advise and guide the business through each stage of the project lifecycle. Some parts of lifecycle you will manage are:

- Discovery and requirement gathering
- Investigating options which could meet the requirements
- Writing Business case to gain approval for a way to proceed
- Project planning for implementation
- Installation and roll out
- Testing
- Risk Management
- Post project analysis

Part of the role requires you to work as a Business Analyst to help investigate and document the requirements for the project.
This position is an exciting opportunity suited to someone who has worked on business projects in the past, ideally with a basic knowledge of systems, general IT, and are technically aware.
- Work towards delivering projects to agreed timescales, scope and budget
- Be able to present confidently with recommendations to decision makers
- Understand the basic project management principles, methodologies and techniques
- Adapt to changing business priorities

Working 35 hours per week, on a hybrid working pattern split between home and office. The position will require travelling at times, potentially overseas as part of our cruise ship itineraries which may require working and travelling outside the regular office hours.
