**JOB DESCRIPTION**
In support of our key values, **ensuring the right expense, is in the right place, at the right time, with maximum transparency.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Delivering a comprehensive full-service database capability for all Expense data
- Delivering a comprehensive data presentation/visualisation capability covering all Expense outcomes, for use across JPMC
- Visualisation of data to drive decision making, prioritisation and continuous improvement
- Leading efforts to fix the underlying problems in data sources, structures, connections, content, and usage that are blockers to service delivery & improvement
- Driving the adoption of recognised reference and configuration data sources across the Expense/Explain landscape
- Using data to drive the performance & coverage of the Nostro Pools
- Implementing a control framework for data usage across the Cash Account Platform

**Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills**:

- Experience of at least one Business Intelligence capability such as Tableau/Alteryx/Advanced Excel
- Data Design - the ability to identify and deploy design choices that enable sustainability, scalability, and adaptability
- Data Analysis - skills to source, analyse and visualize large data sets that leads to usable outcomes
- Change management - challenge the status quo and be disciplined in implementing project plans.
- Adaptable - able to work globally, across Lines of Business
- Escalates issues and concerns in a timely manner
- Written and verbal communication skills across all levels.

**Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills**:

- Project Management - execution focused and risk aware, a problem solver who can articulate clear and workable solutions
- Process design - understand the strategic objective and work to a pre-agreed framework
- Builds/promotes a client/customer centred organization
- Experience of Industrialisation of new processes
- Experience of working in an Agile Environment
