**Head of Project Management - The role**:
The Head of Project Management is responsible for managing the team of experienced project managers, Project Management Office and Resourcing Function.
**In addition to this as our Head of Project Management, you will be responsible for**:
- Company Wide Project Management of end-to-end delivery of systems implementation projects for Embridge clients.
- Project sponsor role on one or more projects, managing the senior client relationships, and supporting the project manager.
- Contribute to the definition of best practice project management procedures, and the templates to support them.
- Establishment of these procedures and templates into effective use across our projects.
- Quality assurance role to review current projects, and recommend corrective actions where necessary.
**Please note**: The above is not an exhaustive list of duties and you will be expected to perform different tasks as necessitated by your changing role within the organisation and the overall business objectives of the organisation.
**Key Skills and Experience will Include**:
- A minimum of 5 years experience in a Senior role within Project Management, ideally within a ERP delivery environment, with a working knowledge of methodologies and frameworks such as PRINCE2, APM, Agile etc.
- Ability to keep project portfolio on time and within budgets, reporting to Exec Team any commercial risk or escalation as needed.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 standards.
- Experience of Management Information Systems, Quality Management Systems and knowledge of GDPR.
- Experience with creating strategies to ensure quality, efficiency of work within your team.
- Presentations of KPI data and monthly reporting (i.e. utilisation reports) to senior management.
- Client relationship management with client meetings, identifying business opportunities and contributions to proposals.
- Inspire, line manage and develop a team of people.
- Recruitment activities.
