Apricot is a brand-new eatery, looking to build an enthusiastic, customer focused and all-round amazing team.

A beautiful blend of breakfast & lunch, brunch, will be served all day From classic egg dishes, pancakes & smoothie bowls to loaded flatbreads, cocktails, coffees & more. Of course, we are keeping it local, sustainable & vegan/veggie friendly.

Apricot boasts a casual, modern, bright look with beachy vibes. A place where you can eat in, take out, stay all day & come back for evening drinks.

You do not necessarily need any experience but you do need to be able to demonstrate that you are a great team player as well as being able to work unsupervised during busy times and be keen to learn.

**Responsibilities**:

- Deliver food & drink orders to tables
- Clear tables after meals
- Keep floors and chairs near dining tables clean by sweeping and mopping
- Maintain appropriate stock levels of cutlery
- Clean, sanitize, and reset tables after meals
- Refill salt, pepper, and other condiments at tables
- Keep designated service stations clean and well stocked

Part-time hours: 10-25 per week
