**Role**

A key part of the role is pulling and checking data for the processing of payroll, so accuracy and detail consciousness are critical. Ownership of HR administrative records and production of HR data are also key components of the role, requiring excellent Excel/administration skills, sound numerical ability and a well organised approach.

We are a small friendly HR team who strive to continually improve what we do and the service we provide to internal employees and to applicants. It is a role where you can use initiative, and this will be welcomed. If you possess excellent admin skills it is a role with plenty of variety. It is also potentially a great development role for someone who wants to start a career in HR.

**Responsibilities**:

- positive and friendly first point of contact for all HR queries
- pull/check data for the processing of payroll
- train/coach line managers on use of our time and attendance system
- produce accurate monthly payroll and HR data reports
- manage all recruitment admin, from posting job advertisements through to final outcome
- conduct exit interviews on occasions
- provide general HR administrative support
- support at employee events
- undertake HR projects.
