We have a fantastic opportunity registered with us a for a qualified Senior Accountant/Practice Manager to move into a Partner Designate position with a well-established, thriving, growing firm of Chartered Accountants based in Tenterden, Kent.

About the firm:
This local firm has three offices comprising of over 45 staff, assisting a variety of clients in all areas of general practice, audit, and taxation advice. With 8 Partners, this firm is experiencing exciting business growth and they are excited to expandtheir existing team.

About the role:

- General Practice associate/Partner designate with a background in Audit.
- Managing a significant portfolio of fees.
- Identifying new clients and being responsible for onboarding them.
- Contribute to business development and marketing for the firm.
- Responsible for mentoring and developing a medium sized team.
- Responsible for workflow, client engagement and post-review meetings with clients.
- Contribute to ongoing internal development and modernisation of the firm.
- Represent the firm at different marketing/client engagement events.
- ACA qualified.
- 3-5 years’ Practice experience with experience in a manager position.
- Ability to obtain RI (Responsible Individual) status.
- Passion for progressing your career, with a desire to move into the role of Partner in the next 2 years’.
- Knowledge of IRIS and MyWorkpapers would be beneficial.
- Confidence utilising Microsoft Office.

Additional information:

- Salary £50,000 p/a to £70,000 p/a
