**About the team**

**What you will be doing**
- Learn the client register systems to service these clients effectively.
- Verify customer requests to ensure information is correct and in good order and take appropriate action to ensure these requests can be carried out through to completion.
- Understand AML and KYC requirements for new and existing clients. Be able to detect and assess potential signs of fraudulent and/or suspicious activity and escalate and report these as required.
- Participate in business process improvement activities to Identify customer's current and future needs to streamline current service offerings and proactively enhance the customer experience.
- Keep up to date on client products, market conditions and regulatory requirements, to ensure that you can operate effectively and make suggestions that are in the best interest of the customer, funds, and enterprise.

**What you bring**:

- Experience of working in Asset Management working with UK Investment products, e.g., OEICs. Knowledge of Offshore SICAV products would be a bonus.
- Strong customer service experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a high attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment and meet agreed turnaround times,
- Good organisational skills and an ability to perform under pressure whilst maintaining high standards.
