**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supporting the Office Manager with all elements of Office Management including H&S.
- Supporting the Office Manager with PA duties such as diary management, event & meeting management and minute taking.
- Research and production of documents, presentations, agendas and reports.
- Expenses and travel arrangements.
- Covering reception and the front desk when required ensuring all visitors and phone calls are dealt with professionally and promptly.

**The Person**:

- Excellent interpersonal skills in dealing with colleagues, suppliers and clients and the ability to build and maintain great relationships.
- Good IT skills including Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Experience dealing with highly confidential documents.
- Embrace and support our culture.
- Minimum of five GCSE Grades A to C, including English and Maths.
