**IN2Consult / Accounts Specialist / Morden / up to £32,000 pa / Hybrid working**
- AP purchase to pay process - managing process from PO to payment ensuring correct controls in operation throughout. Helping develop processes and controls as the business grows and develops.
- Managing the private pension contributions for all staff and liaising with pension providers to ensure any shortfalls or overpayments are rectified in a timely manner.
- Reviewing and processing expenses and credit card submission through SAP Concur to ensure correct analysis of spend and company policies are adhered to.
- Multi-currency petty cash and per diems for production staff who travel to tournaments.
- Preparing bank reconciliations and assisting Management Accountant with cash forecasting in key currencies (GBP, EUR and USD).
- Digital subscription reconciliation and payment administration

**Additional responsibility that would really help**
- Monthly payroll process for currently c.60 staff, including staff payments, and all taxes

**Required Qualifications, Skills and Attributes**
- At least 3 years experience in a similar role
- Experience with Octopus and/or Sage 500
- Experience working in a multi-currency environment (especially USD)
- A clear understanding of the importance of confidentiality
- Service oriented - understands the purpose of their work and the importance of delivering a high standard of work
- Strong accounting skills and understanding of double entry bookkeeping. An understanding of basic financial processes from start to finish.
- Attention to detail - ability to complete tasks with a focus on completeness and accuracy
- Organised and able to prioritise tasks to deliver to all stakeholders on time, every time
- Ability to focus in the face of pressure. Flexible approach to working within tight deadlines
- Ability to work with limited supervision while maintain motivation and high standard of work and having a proactive approach to responsibilities. Willingness to ask for help when under pressure or out of depth
