**Area of Responsibility: The internal sales co-ordinator is responsible for maximising sales revenue**
**from enquiries into the branch, as well as maintaining and developing**
**relationships and increasing revenue from existing client accounts.**

**Duties & Responsibilities**:
Systems & processes (activity plan, monthly reports, expenses etc)
Efficient & timely use of the Sales Intelligence System (CRM) (contacts, customers & pricing data added)
Quotation Management (value of quotations & conversion rate)
Engaging with the external sales team to maximise revenue from key accounts
quality assurance system (QMS)

Strong organizational and planning abilities
Problem solving / solutions-oriented skills
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to influence stakeholders at all
levels
The ability to identify and anticipate customer needs and exceed
expectations

Ability to work as a team player and under own initiative.
Excellent oral and written communication skills
A good standard of education, including Maths and English GCSE
A good level of IT competency in MS Word & MS Excel
