Community Care Worker for Whitstable and Herne Bay

Respect 4Care is a new community Care Provider. We have over 30 years combined experience in the Care industry.

We are looking for either Experienced or New to Care, kind and caring people, to join our care team. Providing Quality, Compassionate, Person Centred Care within the local community.

We are excited to have you grow with us at the start of our journey and we look to provide a secure, fulfilling supported job role for you as an integral part of our team.

**Duties**:

- Provide assistance and support to individuals in their homes or in community settings to remain independent
- Assist with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Help with meal preparation and feeding
- Administer medication as directed by healthcare professionals
- Assist with mobility and transfers, using equipment when necessary
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Assist with household tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and grocery shopping
- Accompany clients to medical appointments or social outings

**Skills**:

- A can-do attitude and Excellent communication
- Compassionate and caring attitude towards individuals of all ages
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Be able to develop and maintain good working relationships with colleagues and clients

Weekdays and every other weekend

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From £12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 30 per week
