Activus Recruitment are seeking a part-time Logistics administrative assistant to join our clients team on a temp-perm basis in Oldmeldrum, Aberdeenshire.

Your role will be to assist the Business Development Manager with general administration duties including:

- Acquiring quotes for road, sea and air transport of chemicals
- Acquiring quotes for raw materials and work closely with suppliers during the order process
- Prepare customer quotes using internal systems
- Assist the ISO 9001:2015 quality management system by doing internal audits and housekeeping inspections
- General office filing and admin as required
- Assist managing director with administration as required.

Experience in a similar, logistics role is advantageous but full training will be given.

You must have good knowledge of MS Office and be detail orientated.
Experience in an office environment would be beneficial.

Hours of Work: 10am-2pm Mon-Fri
