Activus Recruitment are seeking a part-time administrative assistant to join our clients team on a temp-perm basis in Oldmeldrum, Aberdeenshire.

Your role will be to assist the Business Development Manager with general administration duties including:

- Acquiring quotes for road, sea and air transport of chemicals
- Acquiring quotes for raw materials and work closely with suppliers during the order process
- Prepare customer quotes using internal systems
- Assist the ISO 9001:2015 quality management system by doing internal audits and housekeeping inspections
- General office filing and admin as required
- Assist managing director with administration as required.

You must have good knowledge of MS Office.
Experience in an office environment would be beneficial but training will be provided.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Temp to perm
Part-time hours: 20 per week

- Monday to Friday
