**Job Advert**:
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and motivated Residential Worker to join our short breaks Residential team.

You would ideally have sound knowledge of Autism and have previous experience within a residential care setting. Ideally you will possess excellent administration skills and have the ability to manage files, provide comprehensive reports and have IT skills with Microsoft packages.

We are looking for people who will develop and sustain positive relationships with young people and play an active role in service delivery. You will need to provide care to young people with complex needs and support individuals on achieving positive outcomes.

You will work within a residential short breaks home for children and young people who have a diagnosis of Learning disability and or Autism with associated complex and learning needs, aged between 7 to 18 years.

We currently have a posts of 22 and 19.50 Hours per week which will include a combination of weekend and weekday shifts on a rota basis.
