Foxgloves is a friendly home from home service where we build and thrive on the positive relationships with those we support.

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and motivated Full Time Residential Worker to join our Residential team.

You would ideally have sound knowledge of Autism and have previous experience within a residential care setting. Ideally you will possess excellent administration skills and have the ability to manage files, provide comprehensive reports and have IT skills with Microsoft packages. We are looking for people who will develop and sustain positive relationships with young people and play an active role in service delivery. You will need to provide care to young people with complex needs and support individuals on achieving positive outcomes.

You will work within a residential short breaks home for children and young people who have a diagnosis of Learning disability and or Autism with associated complex and learning needs, aged between 7 to 18 years.
