**Client overview**: With regional offices situated across the UK, my client is based in Southampton and lead in their field of Engineering. Wild Recruitment is supporting their search for a Project Manager or someone that has been a Project Engineer and looking for their nextstep. You will join the business as a Site Services Project Manager to focus on their client base across the South Coast.

**Purpose of Role**:
As a Project Manager you will have a background in engineering or site works / installation overseeing. An understanding of installation and refurbishment projects in a HVAC or retail environment would be an advantageous.

**Overview of role**:
You will take day to day responsibility of the project management requirements for retail clients from cradle to grave.

**Role and Responsibilities will include**:

- Coordinate internal resources and sub-contractors for the successful execution of projects
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
- Manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
- Report weekly project progress to the senior retail project manager and escalate any issues that the senior management team and board need to be aware of
- Assess your sites and produce all necessary Risks and Method Statements

**Education/training**
- Ideally a project Management qualification or working towards such as APM

**Experience**
- 2 Years' experience within a project engineering/management capacity
- Proven ability to deliver multi aspect projects on time, within budget and to client satisfaction
- Proven ability to work independently as well as within a larger departmental team
- Experience of planning work schedules for others and managing the ongoing workflow in line with a programme of works
