**JOB TITLE**:Staff Communications Co-ordinator**
**HOURS**: 45 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8am - 6pm, with an unpaid 60 minute break
**SALARY**:£ 27,963.00
**LOCATIONS**:Stone Castle, Greenhithe, Kent
**Main Purpose of Role**
The post holder will be responsible for co-ordinating communication between field-based staff and clerical office-based staff and departments. The purpose of this role is to reduce the call volumes and ensure efficiency of the service is maximised. The role involves relaying and communicating messages and requesting call backs from messages generated via the company’s software system “Cleric”.
**Main Tasks and Responsibilities**
- Communication
- Manage and maintain a range of communication channels for site based and field-based staff
- Providing effective communication via the use of electronic systems to reduce the incoming call volumes
- Acknowledge PDA messages from staff, and filter in accordance with the correct departments
- Communicate with staff regarding any tasks/comm’s that require actioning in a timely and efficient manner
- Reporting and escalating any potential delays to the service, through driver updates.
- Share information internally with staff
- Ensure compliancy with the 60-minute call back policy
- Develop and execute communication strategies
- Support the distribution of PDA messages amongst the workforce
**Salary**: £27,963.00 per year
