Finance Administration Assistant

Pink Spaghetti is a growing company - we support micro and small business owners with the tasks they do not know how to do, do not want to do, or simply do not have the time to do. Our administration team offer back office tasks for a huge variety of businesses. We love to help our customers, and communicate well.
We are a friendly team of 10 based in Winnington, Northwich. We are family friendly and pride ourselves on our flexible working.
**Job description**
**Your main job duties will include**:
- Assisting in the maintenance of the finance system, with integrity of information input
- Daily and monthly bank reconciliations
- Processing Expenses, bank payments
- Liaising with customers to chase information or communicate information
- Chasing invoices
- Working with customers’ own systems to carry out tasks
- Provide administration support to team members
- Build strong relationships with clients Liaise with the team to ensure accurate time recording and invoicing, following company processes at all times invoices are raised and sent to clients on time
- Assist other team members as workload dictates
**Your key qualities**:
- Ability to work on a variety of tasks for different customers
- Pragmatic with a flexible can-do attitude, a strong work ethic, a positive attitude and a team-player mentality.
- A self-starter Trustworthy, reliable, resilient and understand the importance of discretion and confidentiality.
- Excellent communication (written and oral) and people skills essential.
- Accurate and thorough.
- Efficient and well organised with a calm approach to work.
- Friendly and personable - likes working as part of a team and a strong relationship builder. Proactive and able to take the initiative when required to do so.
- Excellent knowledge of the Office suite of products, particularly Word and Excel.
**Your experience**: You will need at least 5 years experience working in an administrative role.
**The role**: Office based, located in Winnington, Northwich 37.5 hours a week over 5 days Salary £23,000 -£25,000 full time, part time pro-rata Pension - auto enrolment Holiday - 28 days per annum including bank holidays
